AnimeSuki Wiki
Welcome to the AnimeSuki Wiki. The purpose of this wiki, at least for now, is to provide a quick and easy overview of all (upcoming) anime by season.
- You can find the overview for the upcoming anime season on the Upcoming anime page.
Editing
As is customary with a wiki site, you are welcome to contribute and expand and correct information in this wiki. To prevent abuse you will need to login to make changes however. For convenience the user accounts from the AnimeSuki Forum have been linked to this wiki site, so if you already have a forum account you can login right away. If not, create an account on the forum first.
You are free to expand and correct information in the existing seasonal anime lists. However please consult other wiki editors before making significant changes such as:
- Creating new pages
- Creating (and assigning) new categories
- Creating or modifying templates
If you make such edits without consultation first, it's possible your edits may be reverted. If you want to experiment with a new idea, feel free to test it on your own page first (see link with your username in the upper-right corner).
Editing the Anime Lists
If you would like to expand (or correct) the anime lists, please take note of the following:
- Make use of the special templates for various links. Take a look at the source of the templates to understand what they do, most simply take the numerical part of the URL (usually the id number) as argument. Note that with AniDB you need to prefix the number with an "a".
- When uploading images (using the Special:Upload page), please note:
- Choose a suitable image of the right aspect ratio. Using default thumbnail size (180 pixels wide), the resulting thumbnail should have an height of about 120~130 pixels. Crop the image using an image editor if it doesn't fit before uploading.
- Do not upload huge images (size or resolution). Most people will only look at the thumbnails anyway. However, do not upload images as pre-made thumbnails. Minimum image width should be 300 pixels unless you can't find any bigger image.
- Use the following naming convention for uploaded files: [year] [season] [title].[extension], for example: 2009 fall kimba.jpg
